Is there a way where we can select which info to sync/update from LinkedIn?Specifically the company name property.
The reason I ask is we do a lot of work in the hotel sector and there are many varieties as to how people enter their company name.
If we take Hilton for instance, individuals will list it as Hilton, Hilton Hotels, Hilton Worldwide, Hilton RMCC, Hilton San Francisco Union Square, etc. So, as you can see, I could have a huge amount of ‘Hiltons’ listed in my HubSpot companies – which would really clutter it up.
Because I have a contact’s location, and I can attribute other criteria separately, I can get by with just Hilton Worldwide as a single company, and add all contacts to that record.
Guess I can always delete the company name before I sync/update – would just be useful if there was a ‘button’ to “switch company sync off”, for example – it would save time. I can’t see that this is feasible in the product currently but wanted to double check in case I was missing something.
