Profile image capture upon sync

Wondering if syncing contacts from LinkedIn to Hubspot would include LinkedIn profile photo as well?

A good question. Unfortunately, HubSpot doesn't allow image uploads thru their API.
Details here:
You may notice sometimes a image just appears for contact or company. This image is put there by HubSpot, not by LinkedHub.
HubSpot scraps the internet and does their best to automatically populate images for contacts/companies.

Abram: Thanks. I used to use AgileCRM and they somehow merge the picture from LinkedIn (for free, it was built-in to their CRM). Not sure how they do it but it's one of the features I miss most after moving to HubSpot. A follow-up question for you (let me know if you want me to put this in another thread). It seems that I can only add a new contact with LinkedHub, not sync information to an existing contact, is that right?

Unfortunately, HubSpot doesn't allow us to upload images via their API. Many other CRM's do allow this, AgileCRM being one of them.
There is no issue building this feature, it just isn't permitted by HubSpot. HubSpot response:
